Atlantis Palace Hotel - Mascali

Good-sized and incredible rooms, overlooking mountain. Great bed, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television in the room. Quiet and easy location in front of a bus stop.

Nice pool but see below. Clean rooms, private beach, staff helpful though rooms weren't set out as we'd asked. Pizzeria good.

Over regimentalised swimming pool - times and the fact that one had to wear a hat and the life guard was intrusive. Breakfast was appaling - food unimaginative and drinks revolting - how sad that in Italy you couldn't get a decent cup of coffee without paying for it seperately at the bar. Noisy during the night

Hotel staff and their service are very flexible according to the guest demands. The food is excellent.

Competent staff, incredible room, in general I liked this amazing hotel. The venue was located in a peaceful and easy place, in front of a bus stop. The restaurant was CLEAN with wonderful food, I tried delicious dishes.

We loved the excursions, particularly visiting the Alcantara Gorges, where we saw fine columnar basalts. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of Mount Etna. Perfect location for family trips!

My kids wished for better noise insulation in the rooms. It was tough to relax with the sounds from the restaurant at night. There's also limited nearby transportation.

Guests are charged for sunbeds at the beach, something you'd expect to be included.

We enjoyed our stay for a quick beach getaway. The pool area was well-maintained, providing a lovely spot to unwind after our days out. Breakfast was impressive with fresh options available, and the staff's attentiveness made our mornings easier. The surrounding area had quite a bit of litter .

Recommend it for a quiet retreat

The food was a highlight especially the local pizza it was perfect and you gotta taste the local mineral water too it's unique. The staff were helpful friendly.

It wasn't cheap but still worth it for what you get.

The Atlantis Palace Hotel features beautifully maintained grounds and elegant decor. Accessibility was excellent, with easy access to the lounge areas and a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

More seating areas would enhance comfort for seniors.

The atlantis palace has a lovely private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The location is perfect. Breakfast was excellent too, with fresh orange juice and tasty bacon butties. It's a nice touch that the breakfast service was very good and helpful.

Staff was super helpful with arranging excursions and the ambiance was really relaxing. Perfect for family vacations.
